WHAT IS THE SUPPORT-A-CREATOR PROGRAM?
Support-A-Creator enables Creators to earn money by letting their community support them with their everyday purchases at no extra cost. Followers shop online anyway, and we offer a united Support-a-Creator solution that works on 2,000+ well known brands with a free and easy browser extension. Support-a-Creator is free for Creators and Followers alike, because when Support-a-Creator is used, brands donate to a pre defined % or amount of each purchase to the Follower's selected Creator.

WHERE CAN I CHANGE MY CREATOR CODE?
You’ll select your Creator Code during the signup process for the Support-a-Creator program.
You can change your Creator Code without contacting our support, through the Settings menu from the Creator Dashboard page.
If it meets all the requirements listed, and is available, you can lock it in right there. After your Creator Code has been selected, you will only be able to change it once during any 12-month period.

- Must only contain alphanumeric characters, dash (-), or dot (.)
- Must not contain only repetitive characters (e.g., AAA or BBB)
- Must reflect Display Name or Social Media handle
- Must be consistent with the Support-a-Creator Terms of Service

HOW DO CREATORS EARN MONEY?
Accepted Creators will earn % commission of the value of their Followers' purchases made using their Creator Code. The % is always set by the brands and communicated in advance in the extension. Before all purchases followers must activate Support-a-Creator's browser extension which activates the Creator Code on participating brands.
When a purchase is made using a Creator Code, the raised amount will near to real-time appear on the Creator's dashboard and considered as "Tracked but not approved" until the purchase is considered successful (when the item or service is shipped and not returned) when the amount is automatically gets approved and become available to withdraw.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE?
Creators (i.e., active video makers, streamers, storytellers, artists, cosplayers, musicians, and community builders) who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate:
- Are at least 13 years old, or at least 14 years old if you are a resident of South Korea.
- Have 1,000+ followers* on at least one of the following eligible social platforms:YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
- Are capable of accepting the Creator Agreement (either on behalf of yourself, your minor child, or the legal entity that you represent)
- Are capable of abiding by our Creator Content Guidelines
- Are capable of receiving payment using our designated payment platform, currently Hyperwallet
- Are at least 13 years old, or at least 14 years old if you are a resident of South Korea.

WHO ISN’T ELIGIBLE?
The Support-A-Creator program is not open to individuals or entities who do not meet the eligibility requirements listed above. Creators who previously violated the Terms of Service for Support-A-Creator, which includes violations of the Support-A-Creator Code of Conduct, and were removed from the program are not eligible to reapply or be reinstated. Additionally, the program is not open to individuals or entities in China or wherever restricted or prohibited by applicable law or in any country disallowed by U.S. law. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals or entities in Cuba, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe, and the regions of Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk.

WILL THIS PROGRAM MAKE CREATORS RICH?
Please expect modest results. The amount you earn scales with the number of followers who choose to support you.
The more followers who support you (Creators can track their active supporters real-time on their dashboard), the easier and faster your revenue will add up. The avarage commission is 5% so for example: if ten of your followers spends $1000 annualy using your creator code, your revenue is going to be $500 according. No withdraw fees or monthly fees are payable, so everything you earn, you keep.

WHEN DO I GET PAID?
First things first: In order to receive payment, you must complete the required Tax Interview and set up a Hyperwallet account.
No compensation is earned or credited to you unless you earn $100 USD or more within a 12-consecutive month period. This means that if you do not meet the $100 USD compensation threshold within a period of 12 consecutive months, any attributed purchases and/or redemptions made by followers during that 12-month period will reset to zero.
Once you have been verified as an active Creator and you reach the minimum compensation threshold of $100 USD, the payout will be sent to Hyperwallet for processing. Specifically, payment instructions are scheduled to be sent to Hyperwallet 45 days after the end of the month in which they have been earned by Creators. For example February's payments are scheduled for April 15th, March's for May 15th, etc.

We ask you to include your Support-a-Creator code under all new content and your Support Link under all relevant content.
We understand and accept that on occasion this may not be possible for some reason (for example, other direct sponsorship may preclude other sponsors and or support opportunities from being included in the content). However, our Content Creator Monitoring team regularly checks and monitors the content of all affiliated Content Creators and if there is no activity from a particular Content Creator for an extended period of time without cause, we may unilaterally exclude that Content Creator from the system, removing their sponsorship opportunity.
We understand and accept that on occasion this may not be possible for some reason (for example, other direct sponsorship may preclude other sponsors and or support opportunities from being included in the content). However, our Content Creator Monitoring team regularly checks and monitors the content of all affiliated Content Creators and if there is no activity from a particular Content Creator for an extended period of time without cause, we may unilaterally exclude that Content Creator from the system, removing their sponsorship opportunity.
